Jaw Crusher（PE/PEX）Introduction：
At present, Jaw Crusher has become mature in stone-crushing equipments. It is mainly used in crushing various ores and big blocks with medium-size. Now it is widely applied in mining, smelting, building material, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industries. And it can crush the high hardness materials with 320Mpa compression strength.
PE jaw crusher has bigger feed size, it is suitable for rough crushing or primary crushing; PEX jaw crusher is mainly for a smaller size, it has a smaller discharge opening, and it is especially suitable for secondary crushing.

Operation principles：
Jaw crusher mainly consists of frame, eccentric shaft , flywheel, jaw stock, toggle plate，cheek plate, adjusting toggle seat, fixed jaw plate，moveable jaw plate and other components, and the toggle plate plays the insurance role .
This machine is driven by motor, and the belt pulley make the eccentric shaft move, then the moveable jaw plate approach by a regulated track, leave the fixed jaw plate and realize the extrusion, rubs, grinds and multiple crushing on materials, and last cause the materials from big to small size, gradually down ,until they are out of the discharge opening.
